What We Do

Our loans range from $5 to $75 million with floating interest rates starting at 450 basis points over LIBOR. Proceeds up to 85% loan to cost. Streamline’s Equity Express Program is geared towards emerging owners and developers of commercial properties nationwide who are seeking high yield or equity investments less than $20 million.
