Louis P. Mirando
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
The founder of Streamline, Lou has over 35 years’ experience in commercial real estate lending and acquisitions, initially with Chase Manhattan Bank and later, The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York and various entrepreneurial entities, all in leadership roles.
John Mirando
Partner
John Mirando joined Streamline in 2016 and is the Head of Originations. John has structured and closed over half billion dollars in commercial real estate debt. Previously, he worked at Iron Hound Capital (a joint venture with Bank of New York) and Barclays Capital.

Thomas J. Miller
Originations & Transaction Management
Tom has over 17 years of experience in the acquisition, financing, asset management and disposition of commercial real estate, with a total dollar value exceeding $2.6 billion. Before joining Streamline, he was a Director in the Capital Markets Group of Avison Young.
James P. Carey
Business Development
Jim joined Streamline to focus on business development related to new product lines. Mr. Carey was most recently President of Wildcat Trading, LLC, a firm that he founded in 2011 to specialize in the trading of energy and financial futures. Earlier, Jim was a proprietary trader at Sempra Energy Inc.
Patrick Manning
Originations & Transaction Management
Patrick joined Streamline in October 2019 focusing on loan originations and transaction management. Prior to Streamline, Patrick worked at Barclays Capital, serving several roles within the investment bank. Patrick received degrees in Finance and Biology from Boston College.
Stefan Todorovic
Associate
Stefan Todorovic is an Associate at Streamline, where he assists with underwriting and ongoing projects. Stefan has an MS in Real Estate from Fordham University and a BA in Economics from the UC San Diego. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Allen Thornes
Associate
Allen attended Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Law while also competing in Division 1 Tennis. He is currently a candidate for a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Fordham’s Real Estate Institute.
Jim Howard
Correspondent
Jim Howard serves as an advisor to Streamline. Jim has over 30 years of commercial real estate finance, brokerage and asset management experience nationwide across all major property types totaling over $5 billion.
