The Fordham Real Estate Institute (REI) recently announced the launch of a new academic offering to meet the growing demand for one of the most important aspects of the real estate industry: a Master’s of Science in Construction Management. Registration is now open for classes beginning Fall 2021.
In a press release announcing the program, Fordham REI stated, “the construction industry faces a severe talent shortage, and it is critical to engage, retain and develop the next generation of leaders that will bring fresh ideas and embrace innovation. The industry must provide mentorship, professional development, and advocacy for its up-and-coming professionals.”
