As part of its Visionary Series CCL, Fordham’s Real Estate Institute hosted an expert webinar to discuss the impact of blockchain technology and tokenization on commercial real estate.
The webinar, moderated by Daniel Mee (President of Dillon Capital Advisors, LLC) drew over 300 real estate professionals.
The panel featured David Otto, an attorney and CoFounder and Managing Partner of Marin Davis, PLLC and Donna Redel, and angel investor and blockchain-digital assets professor at Fordham Law.
Among the topics discussed by the panel were the ability of blockchain technology to significantly impact liquidity, transparency, and transaction speed for commercial real estate and other asset-based transactions.
