Streamline Realty Funding provided an $18.4 million bridge loan for the acquisition of a 186,000 square foot office building in Tampa, FL. The loan represented 85% of the purchase price for the single tenant building. Streamline structured the loan with a 4-year term giving the borrower time to implement their business plan.
Aryeh Meiteles and Noam Kaminetzky of Meridian Capital’s Boca Raton office brokered the transaction.
